More Coats

Here are the two Medium coats I have currently. They measure approximately 12" length from base of turtleneck to beginning of curve. The chest can go up to approximately 28".

The medium size is $25.
The Large measures approximately 14" from base of turtleneck to beginning of curve. The chest can go up to approximately 28".
The large size is $30.

Here's Swiper modeling the large size. Swiper is a big Border/Staffie measuring 18" from neck to tail set. He's about 24" around in the chest and weighs about 30 pounds. This coat is a bit short on him.

Collars

Quick release collars made from cotton quilting material. These are more of a fashion type collar and not meant for heavy use. If you have a dog who's a heavy puller, these are not recommended. Despite that, these are pretty sturdy and fun collars.

Jelly Beans - Or at least that's what it reminds me of is 3/4" wide and can adjust from 11" - 16". $7

Blue Moons - 3/4" wide and can adjust from 12" - 19" $7

Red Daisies
- 1" wide and can adjust from 12" - 19" $8

Slip Leashes

Here are the current slip leashes I have made. These are great for getting in and out of the Flyball ring quickly. Great for agility trials too! They are constructed of batting wrapped fleece with poly. The fleece is comfy for the dogs. Most are mashine washable, with the exception of the leashes that have the sparkly ribbon. I can't guarentee those will withstand a washing machine. To the right is a picture of the hardware attaching the collar to the leash. After several trials and internet vendors, I found these that seem to work the best. They come in a variety of sizes.

Burgundy/Khaki is almost a purple shade. It's approximately 56" long including the collar portion. $15

Blue/Red Stripes with White is approximately 54" long including the collar portion. $15

Pink/Black with ribbon is approximately 56" long including the collar portion. $18

Blue Houndstooth Coat - Size Small $20

Here is Vivid, happily modeling the first coat in our collection. It's a blue on blue houndstooth with a light blue lining.

The coat measures approximately 11 inches from the base of the neck to the curve of the back. The chest can go up to approximately 22 inches.

For reference, Vivid is a 25 pound SBT, who's back to base of tail length is approximately 14 inches and has a 22 inch chest. This coat is a bit snug on her.

Introduction...

Based on request, I will start listing some of the items I've made and sell at various Flyball tournaments. Please bear with me as I explore this new avenue. I started making collars last winter and now make coats and crate pads. I'm always exploring new things to make for our dogs and hopefully yours.

Generally, I find it difficult to take custom orders. If you have something specific you'd like, please do ask, and I will be honest about my time availability. I have a real full time job, an almost 7 year old, and 7 dogs...I don't want to be sewing at midnight if I can avoid it. Like I said though, please do ask if you don't see anything that will work for you.

Over the next couple of days I'll work on getting up what I currently have made up. I'll try to give a description of size, color, and breed of dog it might fit. I'll also post up some measurements. I have a variety of sizes of dogs here myself and can always try it on one of them for a better idea of who it will fit.

I prefer Paypal with a checking account, but may be able to work other payment arrangments out. If these need to be shipped, please contact me. I'll only charge exact shipping charges.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

Thanks,
Kim
